All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for possible arrangements.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Luse Gleam is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your international shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Luse Gleam is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
